Sales Tax
Marmot is required to charge sales tax for orders shipped in the U.S. Companies that will be reselling product must fax their reseller’s license or tax-exempt certificate with their order.

Shipping
Standard shipping is Federal Express Ground. Two-day and overnight shipping is available for an additional charge. Shipping charges will be added to your order invoice.
Guarantee
We guarantee every product we make will be free from defects in material and workmanship.
Returns
Returns unrelated to quality are accepted for 30 days and will incur a 15% restocking fee. No returns past 30 days from date of invoice.
